Today, we are sharing an important update about Drive&, one that reflects how far NATIX has come and where we are going next.
Over 270,000 drivers proved that DePIN works. Everyday drivers, using hardware they already owned, downloaded the Drive& app, mounted their phones, and drove. Together, they collected more than 250 million kilometers of driving data across dozens of regions on every continent, contributing geospatial intelligence that made NATIX the largest mapping DePIN network in the world. That is not a small thing. It is proof that decentralized data collection works at scale.
It is precisely because of what Drive& proved and the network's successful growth that we decided it’s time to pursue something larger. In late 2023, we started shifting our focus from supporting the mapping industry towards powering Physical AI and autonomous driving innovation. In January 2025, our move was proven to be right, as NVIDIA’s CEO Jensen Huang put the term “Physical AI” on everyone’s radar. That’s exactly why we created the VX360, our multi-camera data collection device for Tesla vehicles, to address a far bigger problem: the critical shortage of multi-camera driving data for Physical AI development. The next evolution of AI is desperate for the data we can provide. The perfect position to be in.
From day one, VX360 data directly contributed to our protocol revenue. We signed clients and partners, such as Valeo, GrabMaps, AutoWare, NomadicML, MaprGo, and more, that are yet to be announced. Almost a year has passed since we launched the VX360, and we have reflected on our achievements and decided to concentrate all of our efforts on what is best for the project and participants as a whole. VX360 addresses the industry’s most urgent demand, and it’s where NATIX’s impact is greatest.
With the rising success of VX360, we decided to sunset Drive& in order to put all our resources on what brings the most value, for the sake of the project: data collection for Physical AI.
As we gradually discontinue operations for the Drive& app, there are some important details to note. First of all, your in-app NATIX balance is fully intact, and no rewards are being clawed back. More importantly, the $NATIX token and its value accrual mechanics remain unchanged. The token, the staking platform, and everything that drives long-term $NATIX value are not going anywhere. What is changing is where the network's data generation weight is carried — and that weight now rests firmly on VX360, which is proving its value every day through Physical AI partnerships and products, such as StreetVision (Subnet #72) on Bittensor, WorldSeek VLM, and others we continue to build. Drive& closing its doors does not diminish what you have earned — it reflects the network playing a larger role in world innovation.
You have until June 30th to withdraw directly via the app — the same process as always. Please note that withdrawals are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with a cap of 250 withdrawals processed per day. We strongly encourage you not to wait until the last minute — submit your withdrawal request early to avoid delays.
What happens to your in-app NATIX after June 30th: you will still be able to withdraw your balance via a manual claims process for the duration of the applicable statutory period. However, instant withdrawal will no longer be available. Here is how the manual withdrawal process will work:
A few additional things to note as part of this transition. You will no longer be able to use your GEMs past July 1st, so we encourage you to use them in the Marketplace before then. The Drive& Marketplace will remain open until June 30th, giving you time to spend your GEMs until the last day.
As a final reward for the Drive& community, we are replacing the standard NITRO bonus for May with an enhanced HODL raffle.
We’re also holding a special “Drive& Sunset” raffle, already live in the marketplace, featuring a prize pool of up to 18M $NATIX! The “Drive& Sunset” raffle reward scales with the number of raffle tickets purchased. The more participants, the higher the reward, the higher the number of winners.
The Network Laps program will also be discontinued as part of this move. We are already working on a new and upgraded version of the Network Laps that will be focused on multi-camera data collection via the VX360.
Drive& was designed to collect geospatial data, the kind that powers mapping, road infrastructure, and city-level spatial intelligence. It did that exceptionally well. But the data the industry needs most right now is multi-camera driving data for Physical AI: autonomous vehicles, robotics, and the systems that need to understand and navigate the real world.
Physical AI is the next frontier of intelligent systems. Where generative AI learned from text and images, Physical AI must learn from the real world — from how objects move, how scenes evolve, how environments change around a vehicle travelling at highway speed. VX360 was built for exactly that, something Drive& could not achieve at the same scale, given the difference in what Physical AI customers are prepared to pay for high-quality, multi-camera driving data. This is exactly what VX360 is built to deliver.
VX360 applies the same NATIX philosophy of DePIN incentives, existing hardware, and cameras as the primary sensor, now directed at Teslas, which come with multiple built-in cameras and are among the most widely available vehicles in the world. Every drive a VX360 user completes feeds directly into the Physical AI pipeline: scenario generation, world model training, visual positioning, and autonomous driving validation. The data VX360 generates is the most valuable in the AI economy today.

While we are stepping away from Drive&, we believe that what comes next for NATIX will be the most exciting chapter yet, and we genuinely want Drive& users to be part of it.
VX360's growing data revenue is already strengthening the tokenomics of $NATIX: less token emission from Drive&, more real revenue flowing into the protocol from Physical AI data customers. That combination of reduced sell pressure, along with a growing revenue, is what drives long-term token value. The project will be in a stronger position because of this move, and $NATIX holders, including everyone who earned through Drive&, stand to benefit from that.
The NATIX Deep Staking platform is how you participate in that growth, allowing you to stake your $NATIX tokens to earn passive rewards. It is designed for people with a long-term view of where NATIX and the whole Physical AI industry are heading.
To give Drive& users a meaningful bridge into this next phase, we are introducing a tiered staking reward program for those who choose to support the project with their withdrawn $NATIX from now until July 1st, 2026. To qualify, the staking must be performed from the same Phantom Wallet address used to receive the withdrawal — this is how we attribute rewards to Drive& contributors:

Furthermore, we want to be honest: we are actively exploring what the next generation of a DePIN-style product could look like. One that can collect valuable data for Physical AI development, contributes directly to protocol revenue, and opens up earning opportunities for users on the hardware they already own. In the future, we expect to launch new products that will be relevant to more of our users, and we hope you will choose to be part of it.
To make sure early contributors are recognized when that time comes, we are introducing an in-app opt-in feature. If you choose to opt in, we will securely retain your username, email or phone number, and epoch performance data. Should a new product launch, Drive& OGs who opted in may be eligible for early-access benefits and preferential rewards as a direct recognition of the foundation you helped build.
