Points you accumulate throughout the month serve to climb the different Tiers. Your total points reset at the end of every month, and everyone begins again at Tier 1. The higher your monthly Tier, the greater your monthly NATIX and GEM rewards!

Uploading Footage

When it comes to uploading your footage, here are a couple of things to keep in mind:

• The VX360 device will automatically start uploading whenever your car is parked and your device is within range of a saved Wi-Fi network. If your car is parked somewhere without strong Wi-Fi, no problem! Just unplug the device and plug it in at home near your router. 
• The app UI may take some time to reflect the upload status—leave the device plugged in and check the app again in half an hour.
• Each uploaded VX360 Clip undergoes a verification process that can take up to 48 hours to check the collected data's quality, freshness, and authenticity. Ensure that either “Keep Accessory Power On” or Sentry Mode is enabled to keep the device powered when it's uploading from your car. Once the verification process is completed, you will earn Points.

Reward Breakdown:

A fixed amount of NATIX & GEM rewards is distributed at the end of each month, depending on your Tier.

‍NATIX: Premium in-app currency exchangeable 1:1 for official on-chain $NATIX tokens. You can stake these tokens for additional rewards up to 30% APY.

• Assure hardware connection: The dashcam icon on your Tesla’s screen should show a grey or red dot (not a red x).

• Maintain Optimal Speed: VX360 clips are collected when you stay within designated speeds (2-80 km/h). If there is more than 20 GB of pending data, the speed range changes (5-50 km/h), so regularly upload clips to work around this.

• Clear Conditions: Daytime driving is encouraged, so drive between 05:00 and 22:00 to be eligible for rewards, as this timeframe ensures the collection of high-quality, clear footage. Collecting footage in poor visibility or bad weather is not recommended.

• Clean Cameras: For clearer footage and higher rewards, ensure your cameras are clean and free of obstructions by checking their status in your Tesla dashboard (Controls > Camera). If needed, follow the cleaning instructions here. That also assures your Tesla’s algorithms work better.

• Optimize Metadata: Keep your phone stable — place it securely on the center console/charging pad or use a mount to ensure accurate data collection. Avoid keeping your phone in your pants, bag, or jacket.

• Quick Uploads: Upload VX360 clips within 24 hours of collection to earn bonus Points – fresh data is more valuable for the network! 

• Adjust Dashcam Settings: Change your dashcam clip length from 10 minutes to 1 minute for more frequent uploads.
