Why Magic Lane? A Future-Proof Navigation Partner

Magic Lane has been at the forefront of navigation technology since 1992, with over 30 years of experience in the Maps, Location & Navigation industry. The team behind Magic Lane (formerly known as Route 66) developed one of the first navigation solutions for platforms like Mac, PC, and early mobile phones, such as the Nokia 6110 Navigator, which became the first mobile phone with onboard navigation installed. What’s New in Navigation V2?

Around a year ago, when we launched Navigation V1 on Drive&, we mentioned that it was only the beginning of a new era of navigation, and we’ve been monitoring your experience and feedback. With Navigation V2, we focused on the areas that matter most to you, bringing key improvements based on real user feedback:

• Enhanced Search & Route Planning – We enabled real-time data and frequent updates, making search results and route calculations more precise than ever. Find the best way to your destination with optimized routing and improved accuracy.
• Full Landscape Mode Support – This has been the most-anticipated change to the navigation system, and we’re happy to share that Navigation V2 features a refreshed UI that ensures a seamless experience for drivers who prefer landscape mode for a wider view.
• More Upgrades Coming Soon – We’ve got more updates coming to the navigation system with multi-destination support and expanded route options, giving you even more flexibility when planning your trips.

A Few More Surprises

This Drive& update will include a couple more changes. That includes visibility on the activation and end time for your NITRO, a new and upgraded login screen, Marketplace-related improvements, and more.
